Follow the strict diet pattern and healthy food habits to stay fit

Weight reduction or weight management both requires strict diet pattern and healthy food habits. Being overweight is result of unhealthy food habits before you realize you fall into the trap of obesity. You need to understand BMR; BMR is the minimum number of calories that is the amount of energy you spend when you are naturally in a resting state. Even a person is resting, calories are spent for breathing, digestion, food, maintaining body temperature, and pumping of blood by the heart etc. it includes all internal activity of your body. There are certain thumb rules that will help you to be fit like always eat once you wake up never start your days with tea or coffee. It is always recommended that you must Eat every 2 to 3 hours during the day. It is always helpful to eat food proportionate to your activity levels so that you can burn calories and it will not get converted into fat. Everyone should take their dinner by 8 pm but with a hectic life schedule it is sometimes not possible, in that case you must provide a minimum gap of 2 hours between the last meals and bedtime.

Eating right food is important to reduce weight, but eating at the right time is more important because at what time you are eating will decide your food to digest and will not make you overweight. Breakfast is the most important meal one should have and many of us always skip it because of lack of time. You can always manage to have something in the morning, if not heavy breakfast, and then you can take fruits or dry fruits. There are many advantages of having breakfast in the morning like:

·         If you eat breakfast it will increase metabolic rate and fat burning and therefore you need not to worry about weight and obesity.
·         Eating breakfast will decrease in acidity and bloating, so chances of having diabetes and high sugar level will get minimized.
·         Breakfast will help you to reduce chances of overeating later in the day and so this way you are controlling your appetite and hence you will reduce weight.
·         Stabilize blood sugar levels throughout the day, which means less chances of getting fat.
Everyone wants to look good and here weight reduction is not an issue unless you decide.
